Testimonials
"Parents, your kids will love Young at Art. The environment is fun, cheerful, and creative. It is the happiest place in Moorpark. For teens, if you are thinking about art school, you’ll need at least 10-20 finished pieces of art work to develop a portfolio (that may mean 2-3 years of serious study). For adults, you will love it too! You are never too old for Young at Art! And, if one day, in the not too distant future, you are at the mall and you see a clothing line by Soleil Rae, you will know that Young at Art helped make that a reality! " -Alyson Rae Weinberg

"...We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your talented staff of teachers (at Young at Art Studios) for encouraging and enhancing Emily's artistic abilities in the months she has been in attendance. She has amassed an impressive portfolio of work and learned a number of pertinent techniques that we are confident will serve as a foundation for further development in this area."

I've been going to Young at Art Studios for 5 years, and it's one of my favorite activities. I like that you get to work on both painting and drawing with different media. The best part of the class is that you get individual attention on each step of your project. It's really cool when you get to the end of a painting that's taken you a long time to finish and then you get to put it on your wall and share it with everyone. I would recommend Young at Art Studios to all my friends.
Sarah Ketelhut, age 13
“My entire life I've always dreamed of being an artist. As a child I began learning from Diane and Elois. Now as an adult the skills they have taught me have enabled me to be a working professional in the art field. Having worked in video games, comic books, animation, and film I can attest to the quality of their teaching.
What makes Young at Art Studios a great school is found in it's name. I have learned from this school as a child, a young adult, and now an adult. They offer classes and a curriculum that meets the needs of their students regardless of age or experience. Being an artist has always been my dream and Young at Art Studios has helped that dream come true.”
